Payment system and delivery

As our automatic payment method is not added yet, you need to send money to the specified number given by us first, then confirm the order. We will approve your voucher as soon as possible after confirming the voucher. Usually we approve the warder within 2 minutes of placing the warder. If we have any problem it may take maximum 24 hours. However, if you have an emergency need and there is a delay in approving our warder, then you can contact us on WhatsApp or call us and get the warder approved immediately.

Resale

Purchase of products sold on the website for resale or distribution through any other means is strictly prohibited.

Cancel the order

Please note that the number from which you sent the money and the transaction ID must be entered correctly to confirm your order. In case of any mismatch we will cancel your order.

Buy by looking at the picture

Do not order by looking at the product images on the website, read the description carefully before ordering. Computer customized Illustrator and Photoshop file designs are available on our site. So before doing the warder, take a good look at what kind of file you are doing. No refunds or complaints will be entertained thereafter.

Changes to the Terms of Service

Riaz Computer & Graphics reserves the right to modify the terms of this User Agreement at any time without prior notice to you. You may access the latest version of the User Agreement at rcag0.blogspot.com at any time. If the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you may refrain from using our Services. AND IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE OUR SERVICES YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND ACCEPTED THE MODIFIED TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MODIFIED TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE MODIFIED USER AGREEMENT. 

নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী

পেমেন্ট সিস্টেম এবং ডেলিভারি

যেহেতু আপত আমাদের অটোমেটিক পেমেন্ট মেথডটি এড করা নেই, সেহেতু আপনাকে প্রথমে আমাদের দেওয়া নির্দিষ্ট নাম্বারে সেন্ডমানি করতে হবে, তারপর অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে। অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমরা আপনার অর্ডার টি এপ্রোভ করে দিব। সাধারণত আমরা অর্ডার করার ২ মিনিটের ভিতরেই অর্ডার এপ্রোভ করে থাকি। যদি আমাদের কোন সমস্যা থাকে তাহলে মেক্সিমাম ২৪ ঘন্টা সময় লাগতে পারে। তবে আপনার যদি ইমার্জেন্সি প্রয়োজন হয় এবং আমাদের অর্ডার এপ্রোভ করতে দেরি হয় ,তাহলে আমাদের সাথে WhatsApp এ যোগাযোগ করে বা কল করে সাথে সাথে অর্ডার এপ্রোভ করিয়ে নিতে পারেন।

পুনঃবিক্রয়

ওয়েবসাইটে বিক্রি হওয়া পণ্যগুলি কিনে অন্য যে কোনও মাধ্যমে পুনঃবিক্রয় বা বিতরণ কঠোর ভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

অর্ডার বাতিল করা

দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন, আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য যে নাম্বার থেকে টাকা পাঠিয়েছেন সেই নাম্বার এবং ট্রানজেকশন আইডিটা সঠিকভাবে দিতে হবে। কোন প্রকারের মিসমেচ হলে আমরা আপনার ওয়ার্ডারটি বাতিল বা ক্যানসেল করে দিব।

ছবি দেখে ক্রয়

ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া পণ্যের ছবি দেখেই অর্ডার করবেন না, অর্ডার করার পূর্বে ভালোভাবে ডেসক্রিপশন পড়ে নিবেন। আমাদের সাইটে  কম্পিউটার কাস্টমাইজড করা ইলেট্রেটর ও ফটোসপ ফাইল ডিজাইন পাওয়া যায়। তাই অর্ডার করার পূর্বে ভালোভাবে দেখে নিবেন কি ধরনের ফাইল আপনি অর্ডার করতেছেন। পরবর্তিতে কোন ধরনের রিফান্ড বা কমপ্লেইন গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।

পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন

রিয়াজ কম্পিউটার এন্ড গ্রাফিক্স এ যে কোন সময় এই ব্যবহারকারীর চুক্তি শর্তাবলি সংশোধন করার অধিকার আপনার কাছে পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই সংরক্ষণ করে। আপনি যে কোন সময়ে rcag0.blogspot.com  এ ব্যবহারকারীর চুক্তির সর্বশেষ সংস্করণে প্রবেশ করতে পারেন। যদি পরিবর্তিত ব্যবহারকারী চুক্তি আপনার কাছে গ্রহণযোগ্য না হয়, আপনি আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকতে পারেন। আর যদি আপনি আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করা থেকে অব্যহত রাখেন তাহলে আপনি পরিবর্তিত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত এবং গৃহীত বলে গন্য হবেন, এবং আপনি পরিবর্তিত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী মেনে চলার জন্য অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ হবেন এবং আপনি পরিবর্তিত ব্যবহারকারী চুক্তি মেনে চলার অঙ্গীকার করবেন।
